Delivery
We use Royal Mail in most cases for delivery from our website. We aim to dispatch orders the next working day, so if you purchase on a Monday we will dispatch it on the Tuesday, and if you purchase on a Friday we will dispatch it on the Monday.
We only offer tracked deliveries, so that customers have peace of mind that purchases will arrive safely. We offer Royal Mail's 48 Hour and 24 Hour tracked services within the UK, and International Tracked for our global customers. Please bear in mind that we can't be responsible if the actual delivery takes longer than Royal Mail's stated aim. Your shipping cost will depend on the weight of what we are sending to you.
Delivery within the UK is free on orders over £30 using the 48 Hour Tracked service.
Returns
If for any reason a product you have bought through this website arrives damaged or faulty please get in touch with us within 14 days from delivery at sales@littlewigwam.com to arrange for either a refund or replacement.
We accept returns where there is no damage or fault as part of the distance selling regulations, as long as the product can be returned to us in the same condition as it was sold, i.e. un-used, unopened, as new. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your products.
For a return please provide the following in your email:
- proof of purchase
- photos of any damage/fault
- your address
- reason for return and prefered outcome (i.e. refund/replacement)
Our products bought elsewhere
Little Wigwam products are available on other websites and in some physical shops. We are always happy to hear from customers about their experiences with our products but the delivery and returns policies of the company you bought from override ours in this scenario. So we ask that you please contact the merchant for specific questions/concerns.
