Our 'No Tear' Guarantee

Little Wigwam Limited's posters are printed on polypropylene so that they're extremely durable and long-lasting, as we know ourselves that children aren't always gentle with their belongings!

We are so confident in our products that we give a 'No Tear' guarantee to our posters for life. This means if somehow a poster does tear, as long as you can give us a photo showing the tear (please note this shouldn't be a slash or puncture made by an instrument like a knife), purchase receipt and postage, we will replace like-for-like as long as the poster is still in production. If it isn't, you can pick from those that are - our website will always show our latest designs available.

To request a replacement, please send an email to sales@littlewigwam.com with the subject "Poster replacement" and the following:

• A picture of the poster with the tear
• Proof of purchase (this can be an image or attached file)
• If the poster you have is not on our website, the poster you would like instead
• Your address for posting

We will respond with the cost of postage and once received, your poster will be sent out straight away.

We don't expect to hear from you because of how well made our posters are, but we also want to make sure we follow through on our guarantee...just in case!
